Can I check status of order?

It is easy to check it after you make an order. Please log in your account in Haiwin-necktie.com ,you can see all the orders you made, including full information: shipping address, shipping method, payment information, items you ordered.

When the status of your order is updated, It will also be shown in your account.The tracking number will be submitted to your account as soon as your order is shipped.

Why my order is cancelled?

If we refund your money and cancel your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your payment or the products you ordered were out of stock. Generally, we will contact you by email to discuss with you, but if we can not get in touch with you in 7 days after we receive your payment, we will have to refund for you. As we think,It is our responsibility to ship your order in time.

When you check out at our shop you find there is no choice for you country, you can ask for us to add it, just mail to:info@zishayixing.com, we will check that and reply you when we add it.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, but you have to use Paypal.

If you can't use Paypal, you can't use a credit card.

We accept payment for orders by Paypal,Western Union.
